All I have to say is WOW! The barbecue hear is wonderful. It is my new favourite bbq joint on Vancouver Island. I had the beef brisket sandwich with fries the brisket was fork tender and the bbq sauce was very good. Fries were very fresh and crispy. The service was friendly and fast . My order to go took 6 minutes to prepare. Will definitely be back for more .
Pulled BBQ pork Benny on Corn Bread, and Grilled Cheese with homemade French fries, and a Smokey brown gravy and The Mother of all Bloody Cesars , adored with Bacon and pickled Bacon . Fabulous combo served by a great bunch of happy people !
I had the eggs Benedict and my girlfriend had the corned beef hash. How lovely and delicious our meals were. Along with the friendly staff who greeted us. It was an excellent experience. Would highly recommend this tasty menu!
A great stop just off highway 1. Went for lunch and ordered chicken and waffles. It was full on a Fathers day so food took awhile but was worth the wait. The waffle was a good sized and the chicken was spiced well and worth going back for again.
Nice little spot to stop on the drive to Victoria. I didn't really like the green stuff on the fries but that's just me. Their house made gravy was really good. I like that they use alfalfa sprouts on the chicken club sandwich! My server was super sweet. Will come back and try the brisket next time!
I was super excited and love to support local. the beef ribs were recommended and that's what I ordered. I have traveled lots down south and had the southern experience so was very extra see something local. Unfortunately it wasn't the most fantastic culinary experience but the staff was outstanding! I will definitely give it another try and hopefully have a better experience, anyone can have an offer day. Support local!
Absolutely loved our afternoon meal here. Ate it all before thinking about taking pictures of the food, but let me tell you, the Brisket was exceptional! They have TWO Red Seal chefs on staff!! That should tell you all you need to know! And they offer sales of their home made jars of BBQ sauce and many different jams made in house. We got all of them!!
